Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Code Link (web, app or extension) you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Code Link is an assisted debugging platform: it captures issues from the device, groups them by project and builds context for AI tools. Each installation (workspace) is independent and run by its organisation.

3. Accounts

You can create a user account on the workspace. The first user of an installation is the only super-administrator; later sign-up creates normal accounts, never a second super-admin. You are responsible for your credentials and, if you enable it, two-factor authentication.

4. Content

Screenshots, voice notes, text and device metadata you send belong to your organisation. You authorise us to process them only to provide Code Link (store the ticket, transcribe, generate the prompt). Do not use the service for unlawful content or data you have no right to share.

5. Artificial intelligence

Some features (transcription, translation, assistance) may be sent to AI providers configured by the organisation. Results must be reviewed: absolute accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation

Code Link is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IT-Sistemas is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the current version.
