1. Controller

Personal data in a workspace is processed by the organisation that operates that Code Link installation. IT-Sistemas (it-sistemas.es) may act as technology provider. Contact: info@it-sistemas.es.

2. What we collect

Account (email, password hash, 2FA). Tickets: title, description, type, project, screenshots and, if any, transcribed voice notes. Silent technical metadata: device model, OS, app version and timestamp. Chosen language and technical session cookies.

3. Why

To authenticate you, store issues, generate the AI prompt, translate the interface and keep the service stable. We do not sell your data.

4. Processors

Transcription, translation or assistance may use engines configured by the organisation (for example Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Cerebras, DeepL or Google Translate). Those providers receive only what the task needs. Each workspace defines the destination.

5. Retention

Tickets and media are kept until the organisation deletes them or closes the workspace. Public screenshot URLs are invalidated when a ticket is resolved.

6. Rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure via your organisation administrator or info@it-sistemas.es, under GDPR and applicable law.

7. Children

Code Link is not directed at anyone under 16.
