End-user licence agreement (EULA)

1. Licence

IT-Sistemas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Code Link app and related extension on devices you own or control, under your organisation account.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, decompile, sublicense or redistribute the app except as allowed by law. You may not use Code Link to attack third-party systems or bypass security measures.

3. Updates

The app may update automatically. Some features require an active web workspace and the AI engines your organisation configures.

4. Device data

The app may access photos, the microphone and speech recognition only to attach screenshots and dictate a ticket description, with the permission you grant.

5. Stores

If you download Code Link from the App Store or Google Play, that store’s terms also apply. Purchases, if any, are managed in your store account.

6. Termination

This licence ends if you breach these terms or if your organisation revokes access. You must then stop using the app.

7. “As is”

The application is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness. You verify ticket content and generated prompts.
